What is CSCC?
CSCC is the creative strategy command center for performance marketers. It connects to commerce, marketing, lifecycle, review, survey, analytics, and creative systems so teams can manage briefs, measure performance, and turn learnings into the next creative decision.

Can we bring our own brand knowledge?
Brand Brain brings selected conversations, documents, designs, and uploads into the research context. Sources include Slack, Google Drive, Figma, and Microsoft 365. Connection methods, import options, and available evidence vary by source.
Are the homepage examples real customer results?
No. The evidence board uses illustrative skincare examples to show how a question connects to sources and a proposed next move. These examples are not customer results or promises of performance.
Which providers can I connect?
CSCC supports connections to Shopify, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, AppLovin, Klaviyo, Slack, Recharge, Skio, Judge.me, Okendo, and KnoCommerce. The exact data processed depends on which providers a brand connects and which permissions are granted.
What data does CSCC access?
Only the data needed to operate the connections you authorize. That may include orders, products, customers, ad accounts, campaigns, creatives, insights, lifecycle records, reviews, and survey responses. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How is my data secured?
CSCC uses access controls, encrypted secrets, scoped provider credentials, and operational monitoring. Provider tokens are stored encrypted at rest and only used to perform the syncs and dispatches you configure.
How do I get support?
Email support@creativestrategysystem.com and your CSCC operator will respond.
How do I disconnect or uninstall?
You can revoke any provider connection from inside the CSCC portal, or uninstall the app directly from your provider's admin (e.g., the Shopify Apps page). When the app is uninstalled, CSCC stops syncing and removes stored credentials in line with our retention policy.
