Terms of Service
These terms govern access to CSCC, including the portal, integrations, creative strategy workflows, sync tools, and operational dashboards.
Last updated: May 14, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and CSCC (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a brand or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” in these Terms refers to both you and that organization.
Definitions
- Service — the CSCC platform, including the operator portal, integrations, sync workers, and any related tools and APIs.
- User— any individual authorized by a brand to access the Service.
- Customer Data — data uploaded, generated, or imported into the Service by or for a brand, including data fetched from connected providers on behalf of the brand.
- Amazon Information — data obtained through the Amazon Ads API or the Amazon Selling Partner API on behalf of an authorizing seller or advertiser.
The Service
CSCC provides tools for connecting commerce, marketing, lifecycle, review, survey, and analytics systems; managing creative strategy workflows; monitoring provider syncs; resolving attribution; and operating related internal workflows. The Service connects to third-party providers, including Amazon Ads and the Amazon Selling Partner API, only after a brand explicitly authorizes the connection.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, for all activity that occurs under your account, and for ensuring that users invited to a brand have appropriate roles. Access may be limited, suspended, or removed if we reasonably believe an account is being used in a way that creates risk for the Service, other brands, or connected providers, or that violates these Terms.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Service.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate applicable law, provider terms, or platform policies, including Amazon’s Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy.
- Access data for a brand you are not authorized to manage.
- Interfere with provider APIs, sync workers, or platform infrastructure, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service beyond permitted operational use.
- Use Amazon Information for any purpose other than providing services to the authorizing seller or advertiser, or combine Amazon Information across sellers, advertisers, or brands.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise disclose Amazon Information or other Customer Data to third parties.
Customer Data and Integrations
As between you and CSCC, you retain all rights, title, and interest in Customer Data. You grant CSCC a limited, non-exclusive license to process Customer Data solely to provide the Service to you, to improve operational reliability, and to comply with applicable law. You are responsible for the data you connect to the Service and for ensuring you have the rights, notices, and consents required to process that data, including any end-user consent required by provider policies such as Amazon’s Consent Signal Requirements.
Amazon Information
When you connect the Amazon Ads API or the Amazon Selling Partner API, you authorize CSCC to access Amazon Information on your behalf. Amazon Information is treated as Confidential Information and is processed in accordance with Amazon’s Data Protection Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
- Amazon Information is used solely to provide the Service to the authorizing seller or advertiser.
- Amazon Information is not combined across sellers, advertisers, or brands, and is not sold, licensed, or disclosed to third parties except to the sub-processors disclosed in CSCC’s Privacy Policy.
- Personally Identifiable Information obtained through the SP-API is deleted within thirty (30) days of order delivery, unless longer retention is legally required.
- Non-PII Amazon Information is retained no longer than eighteen (18) months from collection, unless longer retention is legally required.
- You may revoke access at any time through the provider’s consent screen or by contacting CSCC. CSCC will delete the corresponding Amazon Information within thirty (30) days of a verified deletion request, subject to legal retention obligations.
Provider APIs
Some features depend on third-party APIs and the permissions a brand grants. Provider outages, permission changes, revocations, rate limits, policy changes, or fee changes may affect availability, data completeness, or pricing of the Service.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other party’s confidential information using reasonable care, to use it only as necessary to perform under these Terms, and not to disclose it except to employees, contractors, or sub-processors bound by comparable confidentiality obligations.
Intellectual Property
CSCC and its software, workflows, designs, and documentation are owned by their respective operators and licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CSCC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service. Customer Data and provider data remain subject to the applicable brand and provider rights.
DMCA and Copyright
CSCC respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Notices should be sent to legal@creativestrategysystem.com and include the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).
Security and Incident Response
CSCC maintains administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect Customer Data, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, multifactor authentication for administrative access, and a documented incident-response process available at /security. Suspected vulnerabilities, security incidents, or suspected misuse of Amazon Information may be reported to security@creativestrategysystem.com.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSCC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Service will be uninterrupted, free of harmful components, or will produce complete or accurate provider data or attribution.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSCC and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service. CSCC’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid to CSCC in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred United States dollars (USD $100).
Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold CSCC, its operators, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (i) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, (ii) Customer Data, or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including provider terms.
Termination and Data Deletion
You may stop using the Service at any time. CSCC may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms or where required to comply with law or provider policy. On termination, CSCC will delete Customer Data, including Amazon Information, within thirty (30) days, subject to legal retention obligations. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Confidentiality, Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) will survive.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute that is not subject to binding arbitration is the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email to brand administrators. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
